Final random inspection (FRI)

A Final Random Inspection (FRI) is performed when production is 100% completed and at least 80% of the goods are packed and ready for shipment. This critical step ensures that the finished products meet your quality expectations before leaving the factory.

Our inspectors follow internationally recognized sampling standards, such as MIL-STD-105E / ISO 2859-1 (AQL standard), to randomly select samples from the finished goods. These samples are thoroughly checked against:

  • Customer specifications and order requirements
  • Approved reference samples and product specifications
  • Labeling, packaging, and workmanship standards

During the inspection, we verify product quality, functionality, safety, quantity, and compliance to ensure that only conforming products are shipped.

Upon completion, we provide a detailed inspection report with clear findings, including photos and videos, giving you full visibility and confidence in the final shipment. This helps prevent costly disputes, returns, and brand reputation risks.
