Who has to pay the inspection fees? 由谁承担验货费用

Inspection fee is paid according to the terms and conditions of purchase documentation and priorities L / C.  If not, it will be determined based on the agreement between the parties involved. If there is a third party payer or supplier, we will submit a bid and, if agreed, the inspector shall pay deposit for the inspection work.
