How to get Certificate of Origin?
The supplier should provide original BL or the scan version to us and we will apply for Certificate of Origin in our company’s name for the Customer Clearance in the destination by the buyer. This process may take nearly three days after we get the BL.
Commercial Certification, Consular Authentication and Embassy Certification
- Commercial Certification
Commercial Certification is issued by CCPIT and can certify documents such as customs declaration and any other documents that supplier or buyer wants to certify. The certificate looks like a book in a white cover.
Documents we need:
- Commercial Certification application form with company stamp: Two originals
- Documents need to be certified: one original and two copies
- Performer Invoice with company stamp: Two originals
- Commercial Invoice with company stamp: Two originals
- Business license with company stamp: Two originals
Days and Fees:
It may take nearly three days after we get all the necessary documents.
Fees will depend on the number of documents that need to be certified and the total amount of the deal.
- Consular Authentication
In accordance with international practice and consular practice in China, the purpose of consular authentication is to ensure that notarial deeds issued in one country can be acknowledged by relevant authorities in another country, and the deeds can have its due legal effect, which shall not be affected by doubts on the authenticity of the seal or signature on the deeds. This should be after the Commercial Certification

- Documents that have got the Commercial Certification
- Introduction Letter with company stamp: two originals
Days and Fees:
It may take nearly three days after we get the Commercial Certification.
Fees will depend on the number of documents that need to be certified and the total amount of the deal.
- Embassy Certification
Embassy Certification is issued by diplomatic organ and its authorized agencies to certify notary organ or some special organ stamp and signature on the foreign documents. After this certification, the documents will have the legal effect. This certification covers civil and commercial certifications dealing with birth, education, income, certificate of origin, performer invoice, BL, and insurance. This should be after Commercial Certification and Consular Authentication.
Documents we need:
- Documents that have got the Commercial Certification and Consular Authentication two originals
Days and Fees:
It may take nearly seven days after we hand in all the documents to the Embassy.
